• Women with ADHD

As a woman with ADHD I know what you are going through, and I empathize with your daily struggles. I am here for you. I can help manage your ADHD, as well as work though daily struggles. Sometimes ADHD can come with anxieties, and we can work though this together.

    • Children

It is sometimes hard for children to express their emotions and feelings. Through play therapy, children have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe place.

    • Teens

Being a teen is difficult, they deal with a lot of different stressors from school to up holding an image on social media. Teens may also face low confidence and pressures to be cool. These unrealistic ideas can lead to the feelings of not being good enough, anger, and sadness. Teens are going through a lot not only physically but also mentally and emotionally, and I hope to help them go through this tough time and help them live the fullest life they can. I love working this teens and I connect well with them. I have worked in Junior High as a school counselor, and I specialize in young women and anxiety.

    • Women and Sports

Transitioning from a college athlete to a “9-5”  can be difficult. You do not have that team support that you are use to, and you may feel as though you are missing something in your life. I am here to help! You may feel anxious, or not important now that you are not involved in that sport. You are important! I am here to help with those emptiness you may feel. I also work with women and sports performance anxiety.
