I have first- hand knowledge with youth and adult ADHD. As a young woman that has had experienced this disorder herself, I have dedicated myself to specialize in working with woman with ADHD. In addition, I have counseled students at the elementary and middle school levels who have had the need to work through challenges in their lives. My experience has led me to specialize in working with young adults, children, and families.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, trail running, watching Netflix and Hulu, traveling, and trying new foods.
